Dance Your Truth is a workshop designed to help you access the physical sensation of truth in your body by connecting body and soul.

Through journeying, guided breathwork, group and paired sharing we will call forth your deepest truth.

We will individually and collectively embody this truth through intuitive movement and dance. We will dance and witness each other creating sacred practice through movement.

Part journey, part dance party, all truth. No dance experience needed, just a desire to express yourself and move.

Please bring a notebook/pen, yoga mat, blanket and pillow, and a sense of adventure.
