An Evening of Being
A new year always brings the desire for reflection. Who do you want to be in 2020? What do you want to realize? How will you elevate your self-care, and, how do you want to celebrate your wins?
Rather than setting a strict plan of resolutions, going on a new diet, or drastically changing your lifestyle, however, we invite you to go inward and sit with your core desires. Perhaps you need to reconnect with them after the holiday madness, or maybe you need to remember what they even are in the first place!
The evening, curated by hosts Cheryl Yeager, Lydia Mandell, and Lee Lee McKnight, will include meditation, breathwork, stretching, art, relaxation, aromatherapy, and ingredients/instructions for self-care practices you can recreate in the comfort of your own home.
Imagine beginning your year in a safe, supportive space -- surrounded by likeminded women -- nourished by healthy food, tea, and nutrients -- and guided by healers and leaders who want to know the true you.
Replenish and restore - the modern woman's way of getting R & R.
ABOUT THE EVENING
We'll start with reflective practices, including smudging, setting intentions, and pulling cards. Then, we'll move in to a period of creativity and nourishment for body and soul. Next, we'll spend some time restoring ourselves through healing practices such as breathwork and oil infusions. The evening will end with a celebratory {light} dinner and elderberry mocktails/cocktails.
Participants will leave with the means and methods to re-stablish their home self-care practices, along with a few other goodies we'll throw in along the way!
